Talent attraction and retention becomes more and more important in workplace design and management every day. A study carried out by CBRE with the title European Occupier Survey shows that 67% of European companies consider it as a key factor, 19 points above the 2013 results, even being more important than cost savings (43%).
This factor is now also key when choosing locations in the cities, which is an element that 69% of employees value as very important together with work flexibility, which 43% have highlighted.
While cost reduction is still important, talent attraction through company culture identification in the workspace becomes more and more important, so Real Estate and Facility Management professionals should pay special attention to this.
