Every day we hear more and more about Millenials, those who were born between 1980 and 1992 and who, according to statistics, will be the majority of the workforce in 2020. This fact makes companies take their particularities into account, especially those that have significantly young personnel, like consultancy companies.

For this generation, work is not the center of their lives anymore and technology is natural for them, so they usually value highly flexibility to be able to work from different places at different times. However, in Spain we did not have specific data about their expectations regarding work until now. At CIFMers, the International Congress for Facility Managers that will be held in Madrid on the 24th and 25th of September 2015, a report that analyses the answers of young people from all over Spain regarding this matter will be presented. With this information we will be able to speak properly about what Spanish employees will be asking from their companies in the next few years and therefore companies will be able to adapt themselves to those people that, in the end, will be running them in the future.
