The study is the first of its kind in our country, not only because it displays a novel structure in the way areas and responsibities are divided, but also in the unique relationship between duties, experience and profile types. One main feature of the study is the distinction between over 60 positions, while the salary of a “Facility Manager” as such is not shown since, by definition, they’re all Facility Managers per se and, unless the area or skills are specified in the title, an amount can’t be determined accurately or might be misleading.
