On February 6, the Department of Family, Youth and Social Affairs of the Community of Madrid, headed by Ana Dávila-Ponce de León, in collaboration with the Másfamilia Foundation, announced the results of the Community of Madrid’s Conciliation Barometer. During this event, the commitment of companies to work-life balance was highlighted, recognizing those that excelled in this area.
The efr (Family-Friendly Company) certification is an internationally recognized quality seal that distinguishes organizations that successfully manage the reconciliation between personal, family, and work life. Although about 1,000 companies have this certification, only 43, including FMHOUSE, have achieved the prestigious Excellence certification for SMEs as efr. This reflects the commitment and dedication of FMHOUSE in creating work environments that prioritize and promote the balance between the professional and personal lives of its employees.
This recognition not only emphasizes the importance of reconciliation in the workplace but also highlights the commitment and social responsibility of companies towards their employees and their families. The collaboration between the Department of Family, Youth and Social Affairs of the Community of Madrid and the Másfamilia Foundation reinforces the importance of creating inclusive and respectful work environments that accommodate the diversity of personal situations of workers.
In a context where the balance between work and personal life is increasingly crucial, this recognition of Excellence for FMHOUSE fills us with pride and motivates us to continue promoting a corporate culture that values and facilitates reconciliation, thus contributing to the well-being of our employees.
