In line with its commitment to contribute to community well-being, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable development, FMHOUSE is proud to announce its support for three impactful organizations: the Pequeño Deseo Foundation, the adELA Foundation, and the GAVI Foundation.

The Pequeño Deseo Foundation emotionally supports children with serious illnesses and their families by fulfilling their greatest wishes. This provides them with the strength they need to face the illness and lengthy treatments. The Foundation has been working for over 24 years and has fulfilled more than 6,700 wishes.

On the other hand, the adELA Foundation has been a beacon of hope for those affected by Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and other motor neuron diseases. Since its establishment in 1990, the organization has worked to improve the quality of life for affected individuals, providing emotional support, resources, and promoting awareness of these debilitating diseases.

Finally, the GAVI Foundation has played a crucial role in the fight against infant mortality through vaccination. Thanks to its collaboration with the Business Alliance for Child Vaccination, there has been a significant reduction in premature deaths in disadvantaged communities, offering hope and a healthier future for children worldwide.

At the corporate level, FMHOUSE has developed clear policies for both internal operations and external relationships.

Internally, the well-being and development of its human team are prioritized, as evidenced by the recent achievement of the A-level excellence seal as a Family-Friendly Company, standing out as a leader in family and work responsibility. Additionally, environmentally, the company strives to minimize its footprint, offsetting it in the projects it undertakes.

How to participate?

Collaborating with the Observatorio FM is a personal and voluntary decision, and there is no contractual obligation or economic retribution for it.

Any interested person can apply to participate as a leader of a new project, or apply as a collaborator in an existing one.

A technical committee will evaluate the subject matter of the proposed projects and the applications of the participants, deciding which ones are carried out and by whom.

Each person decides how much they want to dedicate, depending on their availability or type of project. The aim is for it to be an altruistic activity and not an additional workload.

What does it consist of?

To promote and publish studies that help professionals in the sector and to help others understand our profession and discipline.

The results and deliverables are shared openly, always acknowledging the contributions of all authors and contributors.

The Observatorio FM’s activity will respect the objectivity, ethics, rigour and good practices that govern our Research area.

Contributors have access to the best collaborative tools, sectoral information and contacts, as well as the assistance of expert consultants and researchers at international level.
