Last August the international consulting firm FMHOUSE through its Research unit, the FM Observatory, signed a collaboration agreement with the Indian association GACS (Global Association for Corporate Services) with a view to using experiences, best practices and training to encourage and instil in the Indian population a proactive mentality towards modern Facility Management schemes in all their scope and branches.
GACS is an association driven by leaders from around the world in the field of corporate services. It is a forum of professionals from diverse sectors that offers its members opportunities in the areas of knowledge management, crisis support and networking. On a larger scale, it also provides a support structure for the governance and orientation of various governmental and non-governmental organisations to guarantee straightforwardness results in a more realistic and achievable approach to doing business.
FMHOUSE values highly the signing of this agreement, which we trust will enable us to further the knowledge and dissemination of the Facility Management discipline in India and its neighbouring countries. We thank GACS and particularly, Rahul Lal, for the opportunity to participate in this mission.
